Katherine Movassaghi, M.S; Roslin Growe, Ed.D.
Abstract
Research has indicated that the Four C’s of 21st century skills – critical thinking, communication, collaboration and

student involvement. Allowing students to participate in student-directed productions opens up avenues of meaningful
lifelong skills and experiences.
